  • Inclusions in natural colored stones is a positive sign to differentiate them from man-made materials. Clarity of a gemstone is one of the price-determinating factors, alongside with color, cut, and carat weight.
    
    Normally in a fine gem inclusions are not visible to the naked eye. In cheaper stone inclusions can be obvious from a certain angle.
    
    We photograph all stones from different angles with no editing to show the maximum interior. However, you may reveal more internal features when you study the stone thoroughly. Having said that, the closest to seeing the real gem would be a video, so you can always request us to offer a short clip under natural light to help you decide better.
    
    Colored stones are traditionally faceted in “mixed” cut: brilliant cut on the crown and step cut on the pavilion. “Yavorskyy cut” is a long-established hallmark of precision cut standard within fine gem material. By saying “Yavorskyy cut” one presumes that a fine gem has been cut from the rough (or re-cut), with the proportions and layout of facets chosen to maximize the brilliance and color of the stone, regardless the yield loss. However, some items in our stock keep their “local” cut, i.e. for a certain reason they haven’t been recut after purchase.
    
    Certain crystals are kept in their rough unfaceted state, the way they were found in the nature.

    Regardless of where you live, your product will reach every corner of the world, as we offer worldwide shipping. Not all locations are eligible for free international shipping, therefore, please enquire in advance whether we are able to ship to your country for free. Should a circumstance arise where we are unable to, you will be liable to care for handling fees, custom and duty charges. 

    Handling and shipping

    Once you make your mind and advance with successful payment confirmation, we process the order within 48 hours and ship it to you. All foreign sales are performed with full insurance. All orders exceeding USD 1000, are delivered by Yavorskyy Co., Ltd via FedEx. While, International Economy post will be utilized for all purchases below USD 1000, that usually takes 2-3 weeks to reach you. You can write to us in advance to arrange for express service (with additional shipping fee), for orders below USD 1000 as well. You will receive an update with tracking details upon completed dispatch. Kindly feel free to reach your local postal service to track the shipment with the respective logistics later, or write to us to check the approximate delivery interval anytime.

    Your orders are handled everyday of the week, excluding Sunday. Should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be informed. In such circumstance, we kindly ask for up to three weeks to complete the order. 

    All signing parties for gifts, should be at least 18 years of age. In the case of a purchase intended as a gift, and the recipient is a third party, all the responsibility concerning the fulfilment of the sale liabilities passes to the grantee.

    All purchases at Yavorskyy must have a minimum total cart value of USD 49, this is a cumulative value of your orders that qualifies your purchases for free shipping worldwide. For smaller value items (for example: auctions items) we recommend you to accumulate your orders over time before checking out.

    Exchange and Returns

    At Yavorskyy, we take pride in the quality of our products and aspire to maintain high customer satisfaction, thus, we are positive that you are going to love your purchases. However, should this not be the case and should you wish to return or exchange your order, kindly email us to ensure that the item for exchange or return requested, complies with the Exchange and Returns policy. To avoid inconvenience with customs and extra charges, please do not ship back to us without prior notice. Upon confirmation of possible return or exchange, the item would be  exchangeable within 15 days on condition that the purchased item is in new condition, unused and unworn and that all the documents accompanying the original parcel (i.e. certificates, gift boxes) be kept and submitted. Please note that handling charges are subject to individual cases based on the area of delivery. To ensure a smooth return, please check with us in advance regarding the logistic details.

    Yavorskyy Co., Ltd. reserves the right to charge restocking fee inclusive of outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us. Upon agreement, we will issue refund of the full amount of your purchase to you, less any original shipping and handling charges previously applied. You are liable for the inbound return shipment charges, duty and taxes as well. For tracking purposes, we recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured FedEx. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. In the case of the original certificate of the purchase not being returned, the customer is liable for an additional 500 USD fee, deducted from the amount being refunded. Furthermore, please note that auction items, bespoke items and special orders that we currently do not carry in stock, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. 

    In some instances, is possible that you return an item to us with 100% refund and no charges at all. We are always open to discuss each particular case with you and see how we can leave you content.

    Online payment and pricing policy

    Yavorskyy Co., Ltd. may change prices on the site without notifying. Transactions are only accepted by Yavorskyy Co., Ltd. at the time of order dispatch. We take utmost care in ensuring the prices are correct. However at times of an honest pricing mistake that is noticed post the order placed, Yavorskyy Co., Ltd. will reach you to notify inventory mismatch and reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for any undercharged purchases. 

    The prices are in US dollars. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS via PayPal and Stripe systems.
