Inclusions in natural colored stones is a positive sign to differentiate them from man-made materials. Clarity of a gemstone is one of the price-determinating factors, alongside with color, cut, and carat weight.

Normally in a fine gem inclusions are not visible to the naked eye. In cheaper stone inclusions can be obvious from a certain angle.

We photograph all stones from different angles with no editing to show the maximum interior. However, you may reveal more internal features when you study the stone thoroughly. Having said that, the closest to seeing the real gem would be a video, so you can always request us to offer a short clip under natural light to help you decide better.

Colored stones are traditionally faceted in “mixed” cut: brilliant cut on the crown and step cut on the pavilion. “Yavorskyy cut” is a long-established hallmark of precision cut standard within fine gem material. By saying “Yavorskyy cut” one presumes that a fine gem has been cut from the rough (or re-cut), with the proportions and layout of facets chosen to maximize the brilliance and color of the stone, regardless the yield loss. However, some items in our stock keep their “local” cut, i.e. for a certain reason they haven’t been recut after purchase.

Certain crystals are kept in their rough unfaceted state, the way they were found in the nature.

Shipping Terms & Rates

We do our best to ship internationally even at times of global uncertainty, however the current postal terms depend on each particular country and are subject to change unexpectedly. Therefore, we at Yavorskyy Co., Limited take no responsibility for any transit delays and additional fees that may be applied by each country’s customs services. To ensure the security of your items, all orders above USD 1000 value are delivered via FedEx. All orders below USD 1000 value are shipped by International Economy post. Please notify us prior to the shipment if you’d like express delivery at an additional fee.

Exchange and Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-refundable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products (e-books)
Books and other printed products (towels & fabrics)

Any other item purchased from Yavorskyy Co., Limited is exchangeable and returnable within 3 days upon receiving in case it remains in perfect condition, unused and unworn, and that all the documents accompanying the original parcel (i.e. certificates, gift boxes) be kept and submitted.
To avoid any inconveniences with customs and extra charges please send us an email before shipping back the item. Do not ship back anything without our written confirmation! Handling charges may vary based on the area of delivery. Restocking fee, inclusive of outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us may be also applied to you by Yavorskyy Co., Limited
We highly recommend shipping the returned item by FedEx for tracking convenience and requesting adequate insurance to cover the purchase price.
In case the original purchase certificate is not being returned, the customer is liable for an additional USD 500 (deducted from the amount being refunded).

In some instances, it is possible that you return an item to us with 100% refund and no charges at all. We are always open to discuss each particular case with you and see how we can leave you content.
Please note that auction items, bespoke items and special orders that we currently do not carry in stock, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Book Returns & Damaged Shipments

Due to the collectible nature of our publications, books are generally non-refundable. If a shipment arrives with severely damaged packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear video taken during unpacking, showing the outer package, shipping label, and the book cover.

All returns must be approved in advance. If approved, the book must be returned in its original condition. Refunds will be issued only after the returned book has been received and inspected.

Consignment-free benefit for clients

Yavorskyy Co., Limited stands for honest and transparent price policy. Quality is our utmost priority, therefore we do not sell our goods on consignment (memo). Should you have any hesitations, please find out about the Yavorskyy reputation through independent media online and other authorities.

Should you still have any hesitations, the Yavorskyy collection is available for viewing in its showroom located in Hong Kong (schedule your visit in advance) as well as Jewelry and Gem Fairs held in Hong Kong.

Online payment and pricing policy

Yavorskyy Co., Limited may change prices on the site without notifying. Transactions are only accepted by Yavorskyy Co., Limited at the time of order dispatch. We take utmost care in ensuring the prices are correct. However at times of an honest pricing mistake that is noticed post the order placed, Yavorskyy Co., Limited will reach you to notify inventory mismatch and reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for any undercharged purchases. 

The prices are in US dollars. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS via PayPal and Stripe systems.

Payment options

For transactions below USD 1000, we recommend PayPal or Stripe, as it guarantees a speedy checkout. For transactions exceeding USD 1000, we recommend a wire transfer directly to our bank account.

Despite our efforts to display the correct color of the products, as our goods are of natural origin, we do not take responsibility for any variations that may arise. Prior to confirming your order, kindly verify all the information about the goods to ensure you receive what you intended to. Yavorskyy Co., Limited is not responsible for any errors caused in the customer’s ordering process. 

Agreement

Any purchase of Yavorskyy merchandise accompanied by Gem Reports, acts as the sole confidant henceforth. Yavorskyy Co., Limited is not liable for any anomalies in the reports. The point of sale, concludes the expertise evaluation offered by Yavorskyy against that offered by the Gem Report issuer in any case to be dealt directly with the Labs. The only assurance provided by Yavorskyy is whether the stone is natural or synthetic.
